Refrigeration & Storage Guidelines

Batched cocktail bases must be kept refrigerated at all times until use. To maintain freshness, quality, and food safety, product should be stored at 40°F (4°C) or below.

Key Guidelines:

• Keep product sealed and refrigerated until the event
• Do not leave at room temperature for extended periods
• Gently stir or shake before serving
• Best consumed within 48–72 hours of delivery for optimal quality
• Do not freeze
• Product quality is not guaranteed if storage guidelines are not followed.

 Product Nature

This product is provided as a non-alcoholic, pre-batched cocktail base.
Alcohol is not included.

Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for:

• Purchasing, handling, and serving alcohol
• Compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal alcohol laws
• Serving size and portion recommendations are guidelines only.
   Barcater Nashville, LLC is not responsible for overconsumption, service to minors, or misuse of the product.

Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery Included with Bartender Service add on
• Delivery of batched cocktail bases is included only when professional bartender service is booked. Delivery will be scheduled in advance at an agreed-upon time.
• Orders Without Bartender Service:
• Client pickup is required
